Launch Legends Inc. is a Wyoming corporation and the parent holding company of Autheo LLC and its affiliates. This Privacy Policy applies to the corporate website at launchlegends.io. Separate policies may apply to services operated by our subsidiaries, including autheo.com.
Personal information is any information about you which can be used to identify you. This includes information about you as a person (such as name, address, and date of birth), your devices, payment details, and even information about how you use a website or online service. In the event our site contains links to third-party sites and services, please be aware that those sites and services have their own privacy policies. This Privacy Policy does not apply to any of your activities after you leave our site.

When we collect and process personal information, and while we retain this information, we will protect it within commercially acceptable means to prevent loss and theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification. Although we will do our best to protect the personal information you provide to us, we advise that no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure and no one can guarantee absolute data security.
How Long We Keep Your Personal Information
We keep your personal information only for as long as we need it to provide our services, meet legal obligations, or resolve disputes. Our standard retention windows are:

Children's Privacy
We do not aim any of our products or services directly at children under the age of 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information about children under 13.

We may disclose personal information to:
- a parent, subsidiary, or affiliate of our company (including Autheo LLC and its affiliates);
- third-party service providers for the purpose of enabling them to provide their services, including IT service providers, data storage, hosting and server providers, analytics, error loggers, and professional advisors;

- our existing or potential agents or business partners;
- courts, tribunals, regulatory authorities, and law enforcement officers, as required by law;
- an entity that buys, or to which we transfer all or substantially all of our assets and business.
Third-party services we currently use: we use a third-party form delivery service (FormSubmit) to route contact and newsletter submissions to our support inbox, and an email hosting provider (Zoho Mail) for business email. We do not currently deploy Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or other behavioral tracking on this site. If we add any such service in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, add a consent control before collection begins.
Your Rights and Controlling Your Personal Information
Your choice: By providing personal information to us, you understand we will collect, hold, use, and disclose your personal information in accordance with this privacy policy. You do not have to provide personal information to us, however, if you do not, it may affect your use of our website or the services offered on or through it.
Information from third parties:If we receive personal information about you from a third party, we will protect it as set out in this privacy policy. If you are a third party providing personal information about somebody else, you represent and warrant that you have such person's consent to provide the personal information to us.
Access: You may request details of the personal information that we hold about you.

We will take reasonable steps to correct any information found to be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or out of date.

Unsubscribe: To unsubscribe from our email database or opt-out of communications, please use the opt-out facilities provided in the communication or contact us using the details in this policy.
Use of Cookies
This site does not currently set any non-essential cookies and does not use cookies for analytics or advertising. Our hosting platform may briefly set strictly necessary cookies for security and load balancing. If we later introduce non-essential cookies (for example for analytics), we will update this notice and present a consent control before any such cookies are set. You can also configure your browser to reject cookies from this site at any time.
Business Transfers
If we or our assets are acquired, or in the unlikely event that we go out of business or enter bankruptcy, we would include data, including your personal information, among the assets transferred to any parties who acquire us.
Limits of Our Policy
Our website may link to external sites that are not operated by us, including websites operated by our subsidiaries and affiliates (such as autheo.com). At our discretion, we may change our privacy policy to reflect updates to our business processes, current acceptable practices, or legislative or regulatory changes. GDPR — Data Controller
For the purposes covered by this Privacy Policy, Launch Legends Inc. is the Data Controller with respect to the personal information you provide to us and operates consistent with the requirements of the GDPR and UK GDPR.
We only collect and use your personal information where we have a lawful basis: consent, performance of a contract, our legitimate interests (such as responding to your inquiry), or compliance with a legal obligation.
International Data Transfers
Launch Legends Inc. is a United States company. If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland and you submit personal information to us, that information will be transferred to and processed in the United States. Where the transfer is covered by Chapter V of the GDPR or equivalent UK rules, we rely on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or the UK International Data Transfer Addendum as the transfer mechanism with our processors, and we apply commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect transferred data.
Your Privacy Rights and How to Exercise Them
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@launchlegends.io from the email address on file, or write to the mailing address below. To protect your information, we may ask you to confirm identifying details before we act on a request (for example, the email address used to contact us and approximate date of your submission).
We will acknowledge verifiable requests within 10 business days and respond substantively within 45 days (extendable once by a further 45 days where reasonably necessary, with notice). If we decline a request, you may appeal that decision by replying to our response; appeals are reviewed by a different member of our team and answered within 45 days.
California Privacy Rights (CCPA / CPRA)
California residents have the rights to know, access, delete, correct, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and to limit the use of sensitive personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA, and we do not process sensitive personal information for purposes that would trigger the right to limit. To exercise any California right, use the contact details in the preceding section. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
Do Not Track
At this time, we do not respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals. We adhere to the standards outlined in this privacy policy.
Data Breach Notification
If we become aware of a personal data breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify affected individuals and, where required, relevant supervisory authorities in line with applicable law.
